Do I need this update? To check your Nokia 6230i software version, enter *#0000# on your phone. If your Nokia 6230i software version is 3.5 or lower, Nokia recommends you install the update.

The update is available in the following laguages:

• English, Hindi, Simplified Chinese, Thai

To update Visual Radio:

1. Select Menu > Web > Bookmarks > Nokia.com.
2. Select Applications > Visual Radio > Visual Radio > Download > Accept.
3. You may be asked for the following information:
• Replace version – Select Yes.
• Keep application data – Select Yes.
4. When the update is finished, select OK. Visual Radio opens automatically.
5. Press the end key to close Visual Radio. (Visual Radio doesn't function correctly if the Radio application isn't opened first.)

After the update, you can open Radio and Visual Radio in the normal way. For information on how to start Visual Radio in your phone, go to www.visualradio.com and select listeners > phones. Under Nokia 6230i, select Click here to see how to start Visual Radio on the handset.

For information on the availability of the Visual Radio service, go to www.visualradio.com, and select listeners > availability. You can view information on the following:

• The radio stations that offer Visual Radio broadcasts and their service ID.
• The operators that offer the Visual Radio service and their recommended access points or settings.
