1. What kinds of repair does the Nokia warranty cover?

The Nokia limited warranty provides, free of charge, repairs to your mobile phone for manufacturing defects.

2. What kinds of damages are not covered under the Nokia limited warranty?

There are circumstances where your phone is not covered by the Nokia limited warranty. Please refer to your user guide for a full listing of these circumstances.

3. What is the warranty period of Nokia products?

The warranty period starts at the time of Product's original purchase by the first end-user. The Product may consist of several different parts and different parts may be covered by a different warranty period (hereinafter "Warranty Period"). The different Warranty Periods are:

  • twelve (12) months for the mobile device and accessories (whether included in the mobile device sales package or sold separately) other than the consumable parts and accessories listed in (b) and (c) below;
  • six (6) months for the following consumable parts and accessories: batteries, chargers, desk stands, headsets, cables and covers; and
  • ninety (90) days for the media on which any software is provided,e.g. CD-rom, memory card.

4. Can I get my faulty accessories repaired at the Nokia Care Centres?

Nokia will replace a faulty Nokia original accessory, which is under warranty, with a new one.

If you have purchased the accessory from a retail outlet, you should bring the faulty accessory together with your commercial invoice back to the outlet to get a new replacement.
