Nokia N78 software version 12.046 released- 14 July 2008

This software release includes a number of performance improvements including softkey selection, Bluetooth stability, video playback, email sending and alarm clock functions. This software release is available though either the Nokia Software Updater or directly through your Nokia N78.

To get this software through your Nokia N78, click Menu > Tools > Utilities > Device Manager. Select Options > Check for updates and follow the on-screen prompts. Remember that you can also use Wi-Fi to download the update.

Nokia 5310, Nokia 6500 Classic and Nokia 7900 Prism software removed- 11 July 2008

Support for Nokia 5310, Nokia 6500 Classic and Nokia 7900 Prism has temporarily been removed from the Nokia Software Updater service. Other Nokia products are not affected. Support will be reinstated as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Nokia Software Updater application version 1.4.49 released- 9 July 2008

This application version once more supports Microsoft Vista. The Nokia Software Updater is available from www.nokia-asia.com/softwareupdates or your local Nokia support pages.

Nokia N78 "over-the-air" software version 11.043 released - 23 June 2008

This "over-the-air" software release will not be available through the Nokia Software Updater application, but is available directly through your Nokia N78. The release includes improved stability with Bluetooth (headsets and car kits) and music (playback over a long time and content refresh). This release also includes optimized Camera performance and Naviscroll sensitivity improvements.

Technology innovations mean the size of this "over-the-air" update is approximately 2 MB. To get this software through your Nokia N78, click Menu > Tools > Utilities > Device Manager. Select Options > Check for updates and follow the on-screen prompts. Remember that you can also use Wi-Fi to download the update.

Nokia provides this software free of charge. However, costs for downloading may be charged by your network operator or service provider. Please contact them for information about pricing.

As with all software releases, note that your mobile service provider, operator, or carrier may not have approved this release. Nokia produces many different variants of each product (for different countries and languages) and not all variants have the latest Nokia device firmware. It is our priority to update all variants as quickly as possible.

Nokia N73 software version 4.0812.4.x released - 22 May 2008

This software version includes support for mobile TV (when used with SU-33W receiver) and Express Mail clients. This release also includes updates and improvements to Nokia Maps and improved Java support.

Microsoft Vista support temporarily removed - 8 May 2008

Support for Microsoft Vista has temporarily been removed from the Nokia Software Updater. This is due to recent changes in certain Microsoft Vista configurations that cause the Nokia Software Updater to become unstable. Other Microsoft Operating Systems are not affected. Support will be reintroduced as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Nokia N82 software version 20.0.062/20.1.062 released - 8 April 2008

This software version includes Flash Lite 3 support (enabling users to watch Flash video web sites such as YouTube) and Widget support. The release also includes camera exposure improvements and improvements to Bluetooth headset interoperability.

Nokia N95 software version 21.0.016 released - 26 March 2008

This software version includes Flash Lite 3 support (enabling users to watch Flash video web sites such as YouTube) and Widget support. The release also includes standby-time improvements and improvements to Bluetooth headset interoperability.

Software available again for Nokia 3109, Nokia 3110 Classic, Nokia 5200, Nokia 5300, Nokia 6300 and Nokia 7373 - 7 February 2008

Software updates are available again for the products listed above. In January Nokia had to temporarily remove all software updates for these products due to problems experienced while trying to update certain software with the Nokia Software Updater.

Nokia N95 8GB software version 15.0.015 released - 11 January 2008

This software version includes Flash Lite 3 support which enables users to watch Flash video Web sites such as YouTube and improved power consumption allow you to do more for longer. Other improvements include WLAN and browser stability, email viewing and Nokia Maps startup.

Nokia 6120 Classic software removed - 8 January 2008

Due to a number of problems with updating the Nokia 6120 Classic, we have temporarily removed Nokia 6120 Classic support from the Nokia Software Updater service. Other Nokia products are not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and will endeavour to release the software again as soon as possible.

Nokia Software Updater application version 1.4.23 released - 19 December 2007

This application version includes connectivity improvements to the USB cable driver. Please note that due to self-updating problems with NSU version 1.4.14, you may need to manually download and install this release. Other NSU versions are not affected.

Nokia PC Suite Software version 6.85 rel 14 released - 11 December 2007

This software version includes an updated USB Driver which brings improvements in Nokia Software Updater performance. This release also includes a fix which enables the Nokia Software Updater application v1.4.14 to self-update. Click here to download the latest PC Suite.

Nokia N95 Software version 20.0.015 released - 26 November 2007

This software version includes battery, stability & performance improvements enabling you to run faster and longer - giving you up to three more hours of music (up to 30% increase, from 9h to 12h of music playback). After updating your device software to 20.0.015, and restoring your personal data, you can optimise the menu layout by installing the New_Menu_Structure.SIS file. Download and install this file to rearrange your menu layout specifically for SW 20.0.015. Reboot your device to see the menu changes.

This version includes improvements in Browser, W-LAN and VOIP functionality and usability. The release also includes Bluetooth, messaging and calendar improvements as well as some new themes.

Nokia E90 Communicator software version 07.40.1.2 released - 9 November 2007

This version includes the assisted-GPS feature to give faster GPS positioning and Nokia Maps 1.0 (edition 1.2). The release also contains other improvements including browser stability and usability.

Nokia N73 Software version 4.0735.3.0.2 / 4.0736.3.2.1 released - 9 October 2007

This software version includes Nokia Maps 1.0 (edition 1.2) for use with Bluetooth GPS devices. This release also includes updates to the Music Library and music downloads, and performance improvements to SMS and device application installers.

Nokia N93i Software version 30.0.013 released - 9 October 2007

This software version includes Nokia Maps 1.0 (edition 1.2). This release also offers faster opening of downloaded video files, MP4 editing improvements, better 2nd camera image quality and support for BH-902 and BH-903 Bluetooth stereo headsets. A new Nseries theme is also included.

Nokia N76 software version 30.0.015 released - 25 Sept 2007

This software includes Nokia Maps 1.0 and Search 4.0 (including the "My Content" search option from active standby). This software also includes several Browser and cover interface improvements.

This version includes the following new features: (A2DP Bluetooth Stereo), Improved Bluetooth connectivity with HDW-2, Camera improvements, Browser improvements including secure page viewing and large file downloads.
