The English-Simplified Chinese Dictionary provides English explanation of Chinese words and vice versa. With this feature, you can get difficult words translated right at your finger tips.

If the vocabulary files in your memory card are damaged or if you bought a new memory card, you can download them here.

In this page, we offer six vocabulary files in Simplified Chinese. You can download any one set according to your preference and install it into your memory card.

Compatible Devices:

• Nokia 5300 XpressMusic and Nokia 6300 (Sold in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam)

Note:

1. You will need to install this update if you cannot use your English-Simplified Chinese or you have lost your original memory card.
2. Before downloading, ensure that you have the latest version of PC Suite installed on your PC.

To update your vocabulary set:

1. Download the compatible and preferred vocabulary set.
2. Start Nokia PC suite. Select “File Manager”.
3. Unzip and copy the files to "\\Nokia Phone Browser\[Model of your product]\[Memory card name]\Dictionary" in your memory card. If your memory card doesn't have the folder "Dictionary", please create one first.

Note: Each vocabulary set has two files (ce.dat and ec.dat). Please make sure you have sufficient space in your memory card before copying. The Chinese-English-Chinese dictionary will not function as required if you copy only one of them.
